Have you ever been frustrated to the point of using laughter as a coping mechanism? Why is it that the most important mornings are often preceeded by the most horrendous nights? In “Sales on Fire”, Marissa shares a humorous story about the frustration she experienced the night before a big deal-closing, morning meeting. Listen well. There are great lessons to be learned.

Great story. I can just envision the sight. Sorry for the miserable day / night but a trooper you are … no excuse.
Great story, must have been terrible at the time! Every cloud has a silver lining, in this case for 2 reasons….
1) You can laugh at yourself and I’m sure it helped you break the ice with people that day.
2) You were at least wearing decent pajamas.
